We offer a variety of specialty and seasonal items that are the perfect addition to your special event. From a Croc en Bouche (traditional French wedding cake) to Gingerbread houses to our signature Alligator breads – we can create something unique for your next party or gathering.

Croc en Bouche
This elegant creation is as delicious as it is beautiful. The Croc-en-bouche, meaning “to crackle in the mouth,” is a traditional French wedding cake. It is created by assembling nearly 100 cream puffs into a cone-shaped confection that is covered in carmelized sugar, then wrapped in a veil of spun sugar. The Croc-en-bouche makes a stunning centerpiece for any gathering, and can be decorated for a variety of occasions, from weddings to baptisms, holidays and more. Please call for pricing.

Bouche de Noel (Yule Log)
This popular dessert makes a wonderful holiday or hostess gift. We start with our homemade vanilla or chocolate cake and roll it with your choice of fillings, then Mr. Poupart covers it in buttercream icing and decorates each one with his artistic flair! Please call to order.

Gingerbread Houses
The warm ginger and cinnamon smell of these charming confections will fill your home this holiday season. Each house begins with Mr. Poupart’s family gingerbread recipe, which gets assembled and decorated by hand by one of our bakery artisans. Gingerbread houses make great holiday gifts for anyone – children especially enjoy these!
